Head of Global Creative Labs @ IBM & The Weather Company

Brian Hull is a seasoned creative executive with over 20 years of experience driving innovation, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering award-winning solutions. He successfully navigated two major acquisitions—first integrating The Weather Channel’s Creative Lab into IBM in 2016 and, more recently, leading its restructuring following IBM’s divestiture to Francisco Partners in 2024.

Previously, Brian held executive roles at Questus, Grey, and Organic. At Organic, he expanded the agency’s footprint in consumer packaged goods, securing global AOR contracts for Kimberly Clark and P&G while leading social media innovation for the 2008 Olympics. At Questus and Grey, he spearheaded global campaigns for Fortune 500 brands, including P&G, NBC Universal, and Capital One.

As Global Head of Creative Labs at The Weather Company, Brian focuses on pioneering AI-driven solutions that transform consumer experiences and deliver measurable business results for many of the world’s largest and most iconic brands.
