Oracle: Customer Experience (CX) NYC Interactive Launch Event
After six years of R&D and the acquisition of seven cloud-based software companies, Oracle revealed its new Customer Experience (CX) suite of cross-channel customer engagement, fulfillment, and service capabilities. Oracle engaged Brian as the new business and creative strategy lead to launch the product vision at Gotham Hall in NYC, partnering with Tomas Siedleczka and Control Group to create an immersive experiential event featuring keynotes from Oracle's former President, Mark Hurd, alongside Gary Vaynerchuk, Guy Kawasaki, and others.
The event featured eight personalized interactive touch screen displays with fully actionable video content, polls, quizzes, near-instant content delivery, infographic display, product demos, consumer and industry leader interviews, social media, web, e-CRM, and iPad application integration for post-event CRM and lead generation.

But they didn't want the unveil event for their new CX platform to be in a typical hotel conference room event…
Brian was tasked with creating a modern experiential event that started by sketching an immersive touch screen experience that utilized RFID cards to activate and capture each attendee’s personalized experience. The data displayed in real-time infographics during the event and enabled relevant lead generation with post-event e-CRM efforts. After presenting the sketch, the team moved into wireframes that detailed the user experience, kiosk interface and documentation of the on-site iPad, and network data capture.
Inspirational design themes were taken from Corning's, A Day Made of Glass video series and trailers from the movie, Prometheus
The glass-like RFID card key will open the gates to the personalized kiosk experience for each individual event attendee.
